Our collaborations with the Agency of Integrated Care (AIC) have resulted in impactful campaigns and communications that support their diverse initiatives. From toolkits and brand identities to campaigns and educational collateral, our work has helped AIC connect with the silver generation, empower caregivers and organisations, and promote healthcare messages.
The Toolkits
We developed a caregiver toolkit to empower the AIC Community Support Network with essential resources and practical guidance to enhance care delivery. Additionally, we created an interagency toolkit to foster better collaboration among healthcare and community organisations, promoting seamless care coordination and service delivery.
For the Advanced Care Planning initiative, our clear, user-friendly collateral empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their future care.



Brand Identities
Among the brand identities we have conceived for AIC’s initiatives include a distinctive brand identity for AIC’s Active Aging Centres, reflecting their mission to empower seniors to lead vibrant, fulfilling lives. The logo and brand guidelines embody the values of inclusivity and vitality, ensuring a resonant visual identity for the centres.

Environmental Design
Our large-scale wall murals for AIC transformed the space with vibrant visuals that communicate key messages and values. The murals serves both as an artistic and educational canvas, fostering a sense of community and raising awareness in an engaging way.

From concept to final execution, we provided end-to-end creative services, ensuring that every communications endeavour aligns with AIC’s goals. Our work has strengthened AIC’s ability to educate, inspire, and mobilise the community in support of better health and social care outcomes.
